Dream Symbol #2 Dreams that Connect to Previous Dreams
I realize this is not a symbol exactly, but it is a sign that acts like a symbol; it points to information about what we are seeing. When we dream dreams that are in connection to previous dreams; whether it be within that night or a dream connecting from another season; it is a sign/ symbol that the Lord is speaking one message to us that probably has many parts. The other way that these connecting dreams work is that He is speaking the same message over and over, just using different examples [dreams].
The book of Revelation written by the Apostle John does not have an 's' on it; it is one 'revelation'. The style of the book is connecting experiences of different times he was invited to 'come and see' the Revelation of Christ. John's visions included the history, struggle, victory, and promises of Christ and his Church. Many times these visions tell the same information from different perspectives: looking from heaven to earth, earth to heaven, from the present into the past, and from the present into the future.
Like adding drops into a bucket, sometimes God 'fills' us with a 'Word' a bit at a time through dreams and visions. Let us Dream on.
