For years I had several dreams about my great-mother's house. The seasons outside would be different as I entered or looked out the windows; and different people in the dreams would be in the house, interacting with me. From time to time, even the decorations would be different. One day in prayer the Lord asked me what kind of person was my great-grandmother. I replied 'set in her ways.' This became the key to interpreting all those other dreams: the Lord was showing the mindsets and firm set ways that needed to be changed in those situations and/ or people in those dreams.
Often dreams in places that stand out are concerning the mindsets of that time or place. Dream on.
Good information. I had a few similar dreams where my grandmother passed away. I originally thought God was preparing me for her death but now I believe He was showing me that old mindsets in me came from her and that they were going to pass away.

ReplyDeleteI am excited about this site. I often have repetition dreams. I would wake up from a dream and return to sleep and continue the dream. I would dream more into details the next night continuing with the same dream from the night before. I really do not understand what I am dreaming although it is clear. Most of my dreams are of others. I decided to keep a dream journal this year although I never forget them but I wanted to keep up with the time and date. I would always wake up around the same time 2:00am or 3:00am. The dreams that I have been having lately involves me. I never dream about me but since November 2009 all my dreams involved me. I have dreamed many times praying over a specific man. I have had Bishops that were familiar to me that would guide me in what to say over that man's life in the dream. All my dreams with the Bishop takes place in the church. I had several dreams about twins this year not sure of the gender. I am still confused about what all of this means. I know that I am a dreamer but I usually ignore what I am dreaming until it happens then I begin to think about what I seen in my dream. Since it involves me I really want to know what these dreams are about in regards to me.
